VERY responsive support

I was very impressed with how attentive their support was when I contacted them with a question and an issue with my laptop. Although this model did not suit my lifestyle, they took my feedback on the product and responded diligently within a few days. They also managed to sell me the next-gen model, the LapBook Pro, which I absolutely loved. An amazingly impressive 1080P screen, tiny form factor and sturdy metal construction make this laptop a great carry-on. The HeroBook Pro doesn't have that much horsepower, which is why I was literally looking for it. I was looking for low-wattage Intel Thin'n'Lights and a power-hungry processor, not a giant charger for a tiny travel bag without sacrificing screen resolution. The $250 price point makes Chuwi's range attractive, and the quality metal construction makes it a bargain in my opinion. I would suggest if you can, look at the next model (LapBook Pro) to juuuuust get the right amount of power. on the go, even for intense 3D game streaming from Steam Link or GeForce Now. But if you just want to watch your downloaded videos or check your email, the HeroBook Pro does all the basic work. The 8 GB of RAM is enough to run Win10 without any problems. Its screen is better than the cheap 768p panels found on big budget devices. And it's not limited to ChromeOS, although it's half the price of many/biggest brands of Chromebooks.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Long delivery time
