Bit the bullet and lost money on one of them. I saw that it was used commercially in a downtown building and bought it for my apartment. I really have no complaints. The only drawback is the cable routing when cleaning. If I could handle the cable clutter better, that would be absolutely perfect. I searched the internet for filter bags to buy and found a company that sold them for 100 filters a box. This should take a long time. We have most wood floors, but it works great on carpet too. It just takes a little more effort when working with carpet. Very powerful vacuum cleaner.
