Upset Poor condition
Received today in poor condition.1. 3/4 inch tear on the back at the base and extends to the nutcracker handle on the back. 2. The black paint on the left eye has chipped off and is now white. 3. Hot glue found all over the figure. 4. The paint is smeared on the forehead and there are partial fingerprints in the paint 5. It is not completely painted over at the seams where the pieces meet I bought this for my mother who collects nutcrackers as gifts and I am very satisfied. I am disappointed with the quality and will never buy from this company again. I do not recommend this company either.
