I needed a simple hanging towel rail for a very small full bathroom to hold a towel. As a renter I try not to drill holes if possible and there is only 1 towel rail in this room which is also the shower sliding door handle. I already have a hook on the inside of the wooden door for bathrobes etc and the vanity is too small to accommodate a small free standing towel rail so I needed another spot for a towel rail. My problem was finding a hanger with very deep, wide hooks to hang on the top of the shower railing, wider than a standard door that almost all other over door hangers will fit, and one that doesn't rub against the sliding glass doors of this one Shower. . After spending hours looking for a hanger to use, this listing was the only one with complaints that the hooks were too wide or too deep causing their hanger to hang loose. Also, the structure looked like it served my needs well. I received the hanger disassembled, took one of the sides of the unit out of the box with one of the hooks and checked for fit AND IT FITS! It took my clumsy old fingers 5 minutes to assemble (no tools) and hang it in place. It goes over railings without dragging or scratching railings, is at eye level, and doesn't interfere with sliding doors.
