Review on 🔒 Enhanced Network Security: ZyXEL Next Generation VPN Firewall with 1 WAN, 1 SFP, 4 LAN/DMZ Gigabit Ports [USG20-VPN] by Robert Berio

The ZyXEL router was recommended by my VOIP phone service company. This is a fully functional WiFi router that received very positive reviews and was a budget router from the recommended list. The router installation required the help of my VOIP provider to set up the features correctly. As a computer novice, I couldn't do that. After the installation I got a message that there was a firmware update. The upgrade was done by my IT and it wasn't an easy task as the instructions weren't clear. The router has a built-in VPN, but we're not sure if it's active and how to turn it on if it's inactive.
