Recommended by my naturopathic doctor. I really like it and my body seems to prefer it to melatonin even though I take both. One thing to note, my doctor has told me that if I take this I must also take L-Tyrosine in the morning as L-Tirptophan depletes my stores. L-Tyrosine. I use the Thorne brand as they suggested. One of the big benefits for me is that L-Tyrosine helps with adrenal fatigue, and I've found that I really enjoy taking it too (but only in the morning as it gives you energy, not before bed).
