So I couldn't run the refrigerant behind it to fix the leak but I created a vacuum in the system and opened the valve on my gauge to let the system suck the stop leak and it worked perfectly. in this way. I now have the correct adapters so I can route refrigerant through the connector in the way this product is intended to be used.
