I've read the reviews carefully. Should have heeded her warning. I did not receive a set of screws or the drawer mechanism. We have to wait 2 months for these parts. I'm very glad I checked it out as the reviews would suggest. I don't have the original packaging but now I'm desperate. In the meantime I assembled a chair, a table and a bed. All were easy. I love the color of this table, it's great. But I want something lighter. And more direct. And to see it in person, it's really huge. As an able citizen eager to begin his "adult life", I want something smaller and faster. I'll see what support says and go from there. However, I have to say that their response time was very good. Just not the details. As an update, make sure you keep the return box. UPS charged me about $50 for return shipping, including packaging fees.
