The ease of use for patients or clients who wish to contact their doctor using this app is amazing! There are so many ways that you can communicate with your doctors through this software.

You don't have anything in particular I do not like about it but if there was one thing maybe more communication options would be nice? Overall good product!! We started out by only having 1 nurse practitioner at our practice (and me) working remotely which really limited how much we could help each other as well as providing medical services for my husband's chronic pain condition when he has issues seeing his rheumatologist. But now since starting rhinogram we've been able expand into having 2 nurses practicing full time remote while still being together face-to-face half days/weekend visits.
