The thread is fine but the box was completely damaged

The product arrived quickly and on time. The thread itself is in perfect condition but upon opening the package and looking at the DMC box it was completely destroyed. The small round sticker that was attached to the seam to ensure it didn't open was torn. The box was dented and torn in several places. Covered in dirt and grime. I was shocked (and grateful) that the thread was okay. A little bit dirty. The yarn quality is excellent. The condition of the item upon arrival is the only reason I give it 3 stars.
