The software with the block did not recognize the grabber. Tried everything: reinstalled software, tried with another VCR (which I know works because I've used it before), emailed support. Wasted hours sending them screenshots of what I'm seeing. In the end they suggested I try an open source program, downloaded it but it didn't recognize the video grabber's signal either. I don't know if this particular type of device and software will work together or if I just got a bad one, but it was an ugly waste of time. I'm returning for a refund.
