Unstable with Oculus Quest 2.

Unstable with Oculus Quest 2. Would return if I had opened the return window. It took too much troubleshooting to make sure it wasn't a bad Oculus Quest cable, the Quest itself, or a software issue. In general, I am not satisfied with the card. It is used to power the USB 3.0 hub.
