These washers work well. I ordered 40 of these (4 packs) and 5 washers were broken. They show a strong separation from the outer shell to the inner crushed material (see pictures). I rate this product 1 star because quality control cannot be done before the product is shipped. I found these imperfections in a matter of seconds, even before opening the transparent pouches that contained them. If I could find them, the quality control inspector would find them too. when no one is looking.
