For the price there were a few things that could have been better quality and maybe saved a little time on assembly. The cardboard cutouts could have been the same plastic as the rest of the castle, although they add decor to match the theme, which is nice. The elevator could and should have been designed to slide up and down more smoothly. I wonder how long it will take before it breaks, but I showed my granddaughter how to raise and lower her properly without putting pressure on the front of the platform. This is decent quality, on par with what you would expect. No parts were missing which was a concern reading other reviews. Additionally, some reviewers noted how jumbled the parts were in the box. The box actually consists of 4 quadrants, yes the parts have been swapped.
