This was the second time I have bought this product which was delivered very quickly. When I first bought it the 120V outlets wouldn't open even though the USB ports were in good working order and were on our porch. When I complained to Revane about the problematic ports, everything went quickly. The refund was in my checking account the next morning with an apology from the seller. I repeated the order the same day and received a replacement two days later. The 120v holes are perfect and the strip is great even in wet weather. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
