Although the scope of its application is quite extensive. I bought it exclusively for the production of craft beer. One of the very important points in my hobby involves strict control of temperature, the process of fermentation (fermentation) and the subsequent maturation of beer. For reference, why is this important? In order for the drink to turn out really magical, it is necessary to clearly monitor at what temperature the tremors work. At the same time, for different types of yeast, the fermentation temperature also varies. If bottom-fermenting yeast (lager) ferments at low temperatures around 12 degrees, then top-fermenting yeast (ale) needs a temperature higher, around 18 degrees. If this is not monitored and the temperature is deliberately raised, which is what some unscrupulous brewers and even factories do. The instrument will beep and the LED will show HL. The audible alarm can be turned off by pressing any key.
