I've had it for about 2 months and use it for a few minutes every week. As long as it holds up well. It's a very faint light that stays on for a short time while I press the button. Also the sound is very thin. It's fine for my use, but someone might want a more dramatic effect. I've been using it for three years or more. I use it weekly, just a few strokes at a time and it's still glowing. I'll buy another one if it ever gives up.
