Just bought. I have high hopes for it and will update this review when I hear about it. This is the American version! Last year it was only available in Europe. I couldn't find a guide anywhere on the internet, so here it is. Let me know if this is too hard to read! The lithium battery pack is solar or USB charged and is not intended to be replaced (no easily removable battery cover), although I have not yet attempted to open the case to see if it is user replaceable if needed. Customer service has been good so far when I emailed them with questions. The same sensors are used in several rows of GM vehicles, see attached image. The sensors in my 2009 Subaru Outback are very similar but programmed differently. With Subaru, all you get when the sensor's battery is low or there's a problem with a tire is an idiotic light that doesn't tell you what the problem is or which tire! If it works fine in my Trans Am, this kit will allow me to replace the sensors in my Subaru and turn off the idiot light for good! I got a second display and found that any 433MHz Schrader sensor would work with this display! I tested my theory with a General Motors sensor part number 13598773 and it works great! I then tested the display unit with three working Schrader 33500 EZ gauges on my Subaru. Using an old Bartec Tech 400 Plus tool I was able to reprogram the sensors on the car to a modified 433MHz Schrader sensor in less than 10 minutes and then program into the display unit using this tool. (see fig.). It remains to buy a new sensor for the left front wheel. 33500 is very available now on Revain. The kit includes two mounting options: 3M double-sided tape and the latest technology black gel anti-slip pads. I've never seen gel pads and so far they seem to hold the instrument very well on the dashboard without leaving any marks. But you can also easily pick up the block at any time! Once you learn how to use the menu to set everything up, you will find the device AMAZING! To be honest, at the moment my only limitation with this device is how long the internal battery lasts. I like the device very much! 10/29/20 - I think there is some kind of vibration sensor that wakes up the display when getting in the car, not a motion sensor but a vibration sensor. When I park on the main street in front of my house, all the passing cars keep waking up the device. This scares him until he dies! There is a workaround: turn off the device before getting out of the car and this will prevent the display from vibrating automatically to wake you up. So buy the cheapest! See my picture for the part numbers that work.
