Light but cozy and warm

I was looking for a light duvet for the summer. It is very light and only warms on summer nights. For some reason the way it was made seems noisy and sizzling, but as soon as I put a duvet cover on it (which I already had) it reduced the sizzling noise (which surprised me because it's 100% cotton with should be feather filling). ) I wouldn't say it's particularly "soft" but I thought it was a 100% cotton fabric. I'll have to play around with it a bit to see if the springs move or not and if they stay in place.
