I started drinking when I was 34 weeks pregnant for the fifth time. I'm not a tea drinker at all and initially had a slight urge to vomit while drinking, but that went away after the first few days. I sincerely believe it helped a lot, I didn't have as many Braxton Hicks as in previous pregnancies. After I went into active labor and went to the hospital I already had a 3/8 inch dilation when I normally had 4 or 5. After my midwife broke my waters I had a baby within 20 minutes, it came out faster than expected I had to throw off the blanket myself. My contractions were much more effective, overall I'm very happy with my experience. I typically have to walk around the hospital for 4 hours after my waters rupture and have survived the whole time. Absolute recommendation for every mother-to-be.
