I received a set of 21 contour pens in the mail today. I opened the box and saw that the first one I took was already dry and already in use. If you look at other pens, some have been used and some have not. I think I received an item that someone returned and put back on the shelf. I will return them as they were not what I expected. FYI - 11 were used and 10 were new. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to this product. You can clearly see which ones have been used before and some are dry and the beige/yellowish tips are new.
