Poor Customer Service - Terrible: Flexa IT

They are fast to respond and can help you with any issues or questions that you may have. I had an issue with my account where they didn't seem to want to acknowledge it was there so i just gave up. It's not worth dealing with them anymore. Stay away from flexa, terrible customer service, slow response time, no communication etc. No one is available when you call (even after waiting for hours) if someone does answer then they don't know anything about what you're looking for. You'll get better results by using google yourself instead of paying these people money.

  • Response times.
  • Good knowledge base
  • Some knowledgeable reps at least..not all though which might be due in part because some aren’t good enough trained/qualified.? Not sure how many staffed positions we really need but would prefer more than 2 per shift working full shifts every day! That way customers who do run into problems could easily find another person familiar
