Review on GatherUp by Tim Wheeler

The best thing about this software is that it will help us collect all our customers' comments in one place which we can then use for future marketing purposes or simply just as a record of their service experience with us. I don't like how difficult it was at first (and still isn't) to get started using the product but once you do understand what's going on there are some great features here. We've been able to see exactly where people have left positive comments so now when someone leaves something negative they know who has made those remarks!
