So I've had to close my salon during this pandemic. However, most of my clients are essential workers who need to get their hair done, so I decided to do some select clients at home. I ordered this dryer because she didn't want anything too clunky or expensive but was hoping to open her own salon in the VERY near future. So I'm done with my client and now it's time to dry. I did notice that the knobs were a bit stiff, but I thought hey, they're new and need a break-in to get through this without a problem. What I couldn't understand was how easily it came off my neck because it was so heavy. The neck wasn't deep enough to hold the hood. It fell on several of my clients 😬YIKES. Then one day I noticed that my client was wearing it on her head! No, no, that will never happen! I literally had to use duct tape to hold my head and neck together!
