Review on Dogline 2 Inch Padded Leather 25 Inch by Ashley Carpenter

This product arrived on time hence I am giving 1 star. I expected this collar to look like the photo; smooth, almost shiny, soft but tight smooth collar with a cool bird attached to it. FYI.Product does not look like the photo shown. I have a collar at home that I measured to get the right measurements: this collar is too big. It looks like soft noodles and doesn't seem to be very well made, and I know it's sure to cause tangles on my long Havanese hair. Medal clasps are cheap and to top it off you might think that quality and looks would top the list for good reviews. Well this collar was hidden in a piece of plastic and the tag looks like it's seen the best of times when the sticker ripped off the front and back leaving a sticky messy mark on the tag and leather. All in all I think the seller found this collar in a box in the back of the warehouse, retagged it and thought it looked close enough to pull through! Now I STARTED paying a $6 restocking fee! DISSATISFIED!
