Review on iSimple IS335 Auxiliary Input Adapter - Dash Mount Compatible by Joe Taniguchi

Great product, the only one I can find that has a clean look. I installed it on my 2002 Silverado 2500HD. I placed the input connector on a blank plastic panel above the passenger airbag switch. Behind this plate is a large open cavity where I placed the PXDX module and additional wires. There's also a blanking panel next to the passenger airbag switch, but the plastic is thick and the shape behind it would have made it difficult to drill a clean 3/8 hole. MINOR PROBLEMS: The jack is narrow so it will pop out of the hole if you use too much force. I included a small zipper - tie it at the back. I prefer this to using glue, it doesn't take as long if the connector fails. Also make sure that all cables are securely connected. If it is not safe, music can only be played through a speaker. I didn't have either seat fully seated and had to take the dashboard and radio off again. Double check everything lol. Hope that helps!
