* UPDATE Bad customer service! AND BAD PRODUCT * 2nd update * No problem here! 5 stars no problem

***UPDATE*** DO NOT BUY! My keyboard has stopped responding. I keep it clean, adult owned, no pets, no food, and for some reason my keyboard is unresponsive. The backlight is on, but the buttons are unresponsive. I contacted Cooler Master support and received a response 1 hour and 15 minutes after submitting the ticket. I was told that I might have locked the keyboard and pressed Fn+F11 and when that didn't work I tried Fn+F12, F11. , F12, I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting, I've checked that all drivers are up to date, I've even tried on another computer, all to no avail. I replied to them and told them about my efforts and haven't heard back since, I guess it's been 6 days. I then submitted a warranty replacement request and was immediately told that I would have to wait for their response and that it might take a while because they have LOTS of tickets to process (why is the response taking 1 hour and 15 minutes and now more than 6 days?) Also included in that guarantee email response was information explaining to me why they were denying my request. They reported that they are denying my warranty claim because I didn't send the picture of the mouse and keyboard at the same time? I tried to be nice and explained that the mouse seemed to work fine, but the keyboard was giving me trouble. So I submitted a warranty claim with just a picture of the keyboard? I have attached emails and a screenshot of my communication with Cooler Master. Not only does the keyboard not work, but the customer service is terrible! DOUBLE WAMMY! I will update this if they ever reply to my emails. will replace and send a new one. Add a star for that. but not happy to spend $15 to send the computer back. They could at least let me buy a return label at their discounted rate. $15 instead for a $40 keyboard that should last longer! I saw some bad reviews but took a chance and it paid off. I've been using this keyboard/mouse since August 8, 2017. I'm using it on my first computer and I'm very happy with it! You can choose which color you want the keyboard to highlight, or let it toggle between colors on its own. The mouse can switch independently of the keyboard. I type around 60 wpm and found the keyboard to suit my needs and had no issues whatsoever.
