Review on SSD/HDD Metal Mounting Bracket Kit 2.5 to 3.5: Convert 2.5 inch Drive to 3.5 inch Bay by Irena Williams

I spent most of the night trying to install a new hard drive. I finally came to the conclusion that cables cannot be used to detect a hard drive. They slip out of position and are not fixed. With all the hardware installed I even tried tightening the cable to keep it in the hard drive and motherboard but that still didn't work and didn't recognize other hard drives that don't use this cable. The mounting frame is good.
