Always use K&N for the air intake
Installation was fairly easy. I'm already seeing an increase in fuel economy, but can't comment on horsepower or torque. Don't pay too much attention to the extra noise but I was expecting it as this is the third truck I've done this on but the first diesel and the first with a box around the filter. I've seen some reviews for better sound, I think they meant turbo howling like a real diesel truck, I can't hear it and actually I'm glad I can't. All you can hear is the air being sucked in, just like the last two trucks.
