Well done, but know this isn't your grandmother's lasagna dish. A large mold can hold 4 decent picnic ribs, or about 5 pounds of meat. Meals should be sufficient for most tasks for most families of 4 or fewer. The smaller of the 2 courses lends itself well to many side dishes or desserts, but don't expect much room for leftovers either. For me, the courts are well suited to fulfilling their tasks. However, if you want a dish for a large roast or poultry, this may not be the best option.
