During my travels, the traffic light (in my opinion) quickly turned "red" and I knew the end was near. After my review, I figured I should put a little more effort into learning the total time, so I set up an experiment with my Nest camera. I ran this test twice so the numbers were verified. Both tests were carried out with medium illuminance levels. This is the one I use the most and Light & Motion claims it lasts 3 hours. I started with a fully charged flashlight and ran a test inside - not sure how the temperature would affect the battery. Here are the results: Start Green light - 35 minutes Yellow light - 35 minutes Steady red light - 35 minutes Slow flashing red light - 30 minutes Fast flashing red light - 40 minutes End - light off Total time is 175 minutes - roughly exactly 3 hours of lament . I suggest that the lights stay green and yellow longer. Maybe it's just me, but when the red light came on I thought the end was near.
