The design of the lantern is very beautiful.

So I just received this flashlight and as soon as I opened the box I knew something was wrong. The flashlight has many scratches and there are no accessories that are indicated on the packaging. Very dissatisfied with this purchase over $200. Has been demolished.

No Flash Mode - Flashlights & Reflectors

I'm used to the Cygolite Trion 1300, which had to be replaced because the cheap mount failed for the hundredth time and the light away. The Tax 2000 has a nicer mounting system, but I don't really like the daylight mode. Instead of flashing in a bright and distracting mode, Taz simply changes intensity in a calming way.

Brilliant Quality: Accessory

This light is just what I need to pair with a handlebar light for night riding. I also clipped it to my helmet for night skiing. Battery life is pretty close to what the manufacturer claims, but always switch between low and medium if you don't need full power for longer life. The only thing I don't like is that it's a little heavy to use on a helmet, but that's how I'll use it, so it shouldn't put you off buying one.

Failed on first ride - return!

I'm an experienced racer and need a brighter light for training rides in the early morning and very dark hours. I usually use the Cygolyte 850. This new flashlight uses a rubber band mount, which is inferior to the rigid Cygolyte quick release mount. PIA strap. While the Light in Motion light is bright, it started flickering and going crazy at the next highest setting after 45 minutes, then cut out in the middle of my ride before the Fast Paceline.
