Annoying setup overall happy with price/quality

Bought this after my family gave up. I think it looked too intimidating to get started so they made it available to me. I actually had some trouble drilling bolt holes because I had never drilled a wall before. I also had to use a spike finder. However, I got the hang of it and was able to safely install this and mount the TV myself. I didn't think the small wrench in the box would be good for installing large screws in the drilled holes. holes in wall studs. The fact that the screws had screwdriver scratches was ridiculous. No one in their right mind would take the time and effort to screw these things to the wall. I think it should be absolutely clear that you need additional tools to complete the installation. I was able to use a socket wrench from one of the handles with a winch. It still took a bit of time, but it was a lot easier than using the aluminum cookie cutters that came with it. Either way, apart from being a hassle to install, I think this is a great stand if it's holding the TV in the wrong place. t is about to collide. The television is easy to rotate, I think 360ยฐ, like the hands of a clock, on the XY axis. This allows you to customize which way you want your TV/monitor to be viewed (landscape/portrait). This is a good feature if you want to use it. This annoys me a bit because every time I press the TV I have to dig up a plane (one was included --- okay!) and tell me not to use a stand if your drywall is thicker than about one half an inch. My drywall is actually an annoying .75" thick. I broke the rules. I prayed it would work and made sure my screws were pretty tight. The TV has been in there for months, so I don't think so he'll go somewhere. My TV isn't big, but it's quite big. I think it weighed about 15 pounds (and the TV stand instructions say you can mount any TV <= 25 pounds). This is just my experience. Mine Installation was successful, although I broke the rules. I'm not saying you should do this, but it might work if you encounter the same problem. I hope this review helps someone who is in the process of installing this Don't forget to find a good socket wrench for those big wall screws!Nice stand for the price. The real stand looks like a high quality piece of material. It's a kind of hard metal l.
