But I have a desktop hub connected to the rear type-C of my computer, and therefore it gives more charging current, and the phone charges normally from this hub. It also normally charges with this cable from any network power supply, including from the bundled one via the bundled OTG. With a cable, Ugreen does not charge at all, even from network blocks.
