These are normal frames for the price. basically slightly better than dollar store quality, maybe slightly worse than walmart quality, which is exactly what you would expect from frames costing around $4 a unit. It's not a problem at all. Incredibly, the horizontal frame hanger is off center (see photos). If you try to hang the frame with ordinary nails or screws, you cannot hang the frame horizontally (see photo). Make 3 holes in your wall instead of the usual 1 - who thought that was a good idea?). This hook is thick and stiff enough that you can clamp frame hardware to it in a way that you are not forcing the frame to be level enough. But these hooks are disposable—there's no viable way to reuse them. I haven't seen these hooks anywhere, so I very much doubt I can replace them (and I didn't have to). So what should I do if I want to hang these frames in new places? These frames are essentially disposable. In general, these frameworks work and are of acceptable quality. But their one design flaw makes them worse than 99-cent shop frames.
