He likes that the ball makes noise when he drops it.

As soon as my 15 month old son saw this he fired up and started playing with it. It takes half an hour! He likes that the ball makes noise when he drops it in the hole. He's still struggling with the forms and frustrated that he can't get them to work properly. Instead of getting upset, he sends her down the same hole the ball hits. He knew exactly what to do with a screwdriver and wrench, although his dexterity was not yet high enough to turn them properly. He was clearly watching his father! He prefers to take out the tray and just grab the falling pieces, but he will try to insert and take out the tray himself. He also likes the sound of the saw and will hold it and imitate the sound.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Very expensive
