Only 3 days at half the dose and I noticed 2 days in a row energy levels I haven't experienced in 20 years. I recently got a new job and being in my 40's it's a fast paced job with lots of ups and downs and honestly I'm struggling to get through the last 2 hours of the day. In the evening I was so exhausted that I just wanted to collapse on the sofa. Thursday morning I took 3 of these with a tall glass of juice and my regular coffee and my regular daily Centrum vitamin. I thought this might be what I'm looking for for energy and relaxation. On the first day of work I had energy for the day, wasn't exhausted at home and even made my wife happy that evening. Same Friday night. It doesn't happen 2 days in a row. On Saturday I washed the car and went for a walk with my wife and probably could have had fun that evening but she needed a break. days, but it was a good 3 days. Remember this is only half the dose. My body can adapt as I walk and maybe I could add more. The only negative I see is that I seemed to be thirstier and also a bit hornier. Somewhat worried, this could be a problem for those who already have trouble with things like this. Bottom line: if you're 40 and need a raise, at this price point you'd be foolish not to try. It works out.
