Review on 3-Pack of Nalgene Easy Sipper Blue Wide Mouth Water Bottle Splash Guard Inserts by Patrick Burton

I received this product to replace a Humangear Gen 2 cap that I ordered a few years ago. I didn't like that the silicone o-ring often has mold in it. It definitely fits the bill. At less than $10 for 3, this insert fits snug enough around a wide neck. Adjusting was my main concern, as I was concerned that if I tried to "chug" the water to cascade through the nozzle, dislodging it entirely and pouring the contents of my 32-ounce Nalgene onto my lower face and chest. There are no landing problems. It is stuck in the mouth and cannot be easily removed unless you put your finger in the hole and pull it out with some intention, after which it "pops out" with some force. The texture of the nozzle is matte. I've washed it, but if a deep clean is required, it will certainly be easy. See attached photos for details. The second photo at an oblique angle shows 48 ounces.
