I assume the reviews for this CD are from fake accounts because this CD is a cheap piece of junk. I think I was able to rip 10 CDs before it started clicking and the front LED was blinking on and off. I totally understand that you get what you pay for, but this is a portable DVD drive, the technology has been around for a while. I usually plan for this Chinese made junk to last at least a year and it's quite sad when I can't even get more than 10 CDs from devices these days. I waited a long time for my refund so this is very bad. But I wanted to warn others not to believe all the positive reviews. As of this writing, the drive cannot read the disc I have. I wanted an external drive to do the hard work of copying my CD collection onto my computer so my computer's drives wouldn't get as badly worn out. With this junk drive, all I have to do is buy about $2,000 worth of these devices to complete my copying project. Cheap electronics from China are suddenly not that cheap anymore. Looks like one of my internal drives will be copying my Kamelot Silverthorn album tonight. Save your money, avoid this junk.
