I like the angle at which you feel resistance. It's way better than what we see on social media. You really need to focus on proper technique (ie turning upside down) as it becomes easy to get used to "pushing out" the punch like a quick push-up instead. hit with the whole body. I felt like my technique got "sloppy" after a few rounds because it's psychologically like a pec/ab workout. You still have to wear a shirt with her because she will chafe the skin on her back. Even in the t-shirt, she starts rubbing the tricep area. A short-sleeved t-shirt will do. All in all a decent boxing training device. It would be 5 stars if I could use it shirtless without chafing lol.
