Review on HKCH Replacement Parts for ECOVACS DEEBOT OZMO 930: Sponge & High Efficiency Filter, Side Brush, Main Brush, and Mop Cloth by Carla Johnson

I have been using the Deebot 930 for almost 20 months and I noticed that the roller rubber (first photo) is damaged and needs to be replaced. I searched Revain and found this HKCH supplier who clearly stated in their web descriptions that their replacement product ONLY fits the Deebot OZMO 930 model. I checked online reviews and found that a common complaint was "Wrong parts or parts don't fit". The manufacturer's description states that most people have had problems because they have not checked the model type and therefore this problem. So guys I checked my manual to make sure the model number is correct and ordered the parts. Needless to say, the parts sent do not match. I have photos of the old and spare rolls side by side. Please note that the ends of the roll do not match in order to install it properly in the device. Not only is the replacement roller slightly larger, but the edges of the support roller are different so it will NOT fit in the block holder at all. Please pay attention to the replacement wipe; The original is larger and has a square hole closer to the top. The replacement is not suitable and therefore cannot be used. This seller is dishonest and deliberately promoting counterfeit products; hence zero stars. Finally contacted the manufacturer and ordered OEM replacement rollers, they are a bit expensive but do not cause product uniformity issues. Hope that helps.
