Solid product / great customer service
The platform has been easy for us as an organization, with many departments using it (IT/HR), across various locations in different countries - allowing fast communication between all parties involved when needed! I have not found anything that could be improved at this time but will say they are listening very well!! We use 5YO mostly internally within IT so haven't used them much externally yet.
They do offer support services through their partners though if you need more help than what can offered by their own team or via forums etc..
Pros
- Good interface which is responsive & works best both locally over VPNs
- Wide array o data sources available to add into your network map without needing external tools / software
- Highly intuitive toolset including builtin reporting options
- Lots fo functionality already included out there just waiting f
