My 8 year old daughter has a big event coming up and I didn't want to waste an arm and leg on a dress that she might only want to wear once. This is a beautiful dress, it looks just like the picture. The slip is made of durable fabric and consists of 4 layers of tulle (?). You can fluff it up to make it more fluffy. We are very happy with the purchase.
