I don't know whose baby is old enough to use this. My child was afraid of the toothbrush. I will check the mechanics of the toothbrush though. The toothbrush came with several different heads, which surprised me. I look forward to eventually getting one of my kids to use this. The silicone bristles on the small and large U brushes appear to be of good quality, and the device's vibrations have a range that I like. In addition, the vibrating part is designed in the shape of an owl, which my two children grabbed immediately. You may have better luck than me with this brush!
