Great for all baking except French macaron
I bought these for making French macaron, but they seem to stick to it. They do a little better if the macaron is cooled completely, at least an hour. And if I bake it 1-2 mins longer (which for a macaron is a big deal). Parchment or teflon paper are much much easier. That said, everything else bakes beautifully on these.
- Non-stick surface ensures easy removal of baked goods
- May not be as eco-friendly as other types of mats
