Review on Ignition 1992 96 Fe290 Golf Cart by Ray Cole

Replacing the coil was the final step after replacing the rev limiter and ignition on a 1993 Gas Club car. Pros: It worked. The trolley starts faster and does not ignite. Cons: Nothing against this product but WARNING: Replacing the coil is a really tricky job as a couple of very difficult to reach screws hold the cover on. This is the shroud/cover that needs to be removed to access the coil. I found a youtube video showing how hard it was. In hindsight, it would have been easier to cut the sheathing/cap with a Dremel tool to expose the coil. This is not an easy task due to the close proximity of a screw. There is simply no room to loosen the screw. A good product. Difficult to install. Do not hit the spool. So: 5 stars.
