Review on 💦 LiquaGen Portable 4-Stage Reverse Deionization System by Nicole Shrestha

The Ro/Di unit is not what I expected. Connecting to my faucet was easy after visiting the Home Depot store for a Gardenhose faucet adapter. However, after hooking up the system and filling up a 32-gallon Brute tank, my water isn't as clear. My phosphate level is 5.0ppm and copper is 1.0ppm after spending many gallons of water to get "clean" water. I called LiquaGen on May 28th to discuss my dissatisfaction with the product. I spoke to a representative and was told a technician would get back to me within two hours. It's now 5:30 and still no call. Another 32 gallons of "not very clean" water was wasted thinking maybe it just needed to be broken up. I called them back today and no answer.
