Quick and easy: grater, vegetable cutter and slicer
We were a little apprehensive when we realized how light this product is, but it's actually quite durable and its lightness makes it easy to collect and to stow. We peeled about 100 apples and 40 pears in much less time than it would take by hand. Pears sometimes get stuck due to the softer flesh, but the blade is easy to clean with a toothpick, being careful to keep your fingers away from the very sharp blade. We highly recommend this product.
