Update: This company's customer service is top notch. I contacted them and they answered me quickly. They offered a replacement which I declined and asked for a refund so I could get another carrier. They responded quickly and refunded the money just as quickly. While I am very disappointed in this product, the customer service from this company is phenomenal. I was expecting a cat swap and they were as cute as they could be. Less than 3.5 hours on the road and the ratchet strap/clip (the one in the middle) broke. Ripped clean. The carrier isn't full so I know it's not a problem. Very disappointed. Next time I will not go cheap. UPDATE TO ADD: We left because the strap was popping and the zipper line was coming apart. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY! We caught him before we lost our stuff. Now fast forward to the next city to find out what to do. So upset.
