Needs some adjustment before use. I bought these for a 2013 Ram 1500 Big Horn with a 28ft RV. They look fine once I've made some adjustments. First prepare for re-threading. I tried using the plastic screw that came with the kit but it wouldn't go in when I checked the threads in the holes were all messed up most likely due to the threading process. This happened quickly and hotly, causing the plastic to melt and not stringing properly. I also bought stainless steel socket head cap screws and threw away the plastic screws as they looked cheap and I was afraid they would break and that it would be easy for someone to unscrew and remove them. At least now if anyone wants them they need an Allen key to easily take them off. Second, I've read reviews that vibration is an issue for others and I understand why. Where the screw is supposed to hold it is pretty tight and doesn't move. However, if you push back and hold the end of the mirror, I can get the entire mirror to move up and down because it doesn't match the mirror, which I think causes vibration. I solved this problem by placing strips of window foam at the top and bottom so that they fit snugly against the mirror. This tightened it and stopped any vibration. They compare well to other mirror options and worked great when I tightened them up. If you don't mind fiddling with them a bit to get them working, then it's worth the time, but they're not out-of-the-box items that can be used right away.
